Now is a great time to look ahead and plan what you want your 2009 to be. Do you want more health? More free time? More income? How about a sense of balance with your JOB, family, children and of course YOUR own time?

Sometimes we have to sacrifice something to put something else into motion. I know years back as I ventured into my work at home business I had to give up something. You know what it was? It was sitting in front of the TV for hours and hours each and every evening! What a waste of my time, as I look back. We all need to sit and “chill” but I decided an hour of TV and and an hour or 2 towards my future was a more logical use of time.
Today I am able to work PART TIME out side my home ( benefits come with my part time outside the home job). The decision to give up something has generated me an extra income of more than $70,000 cash in my pocket. Did you know that just an extra $300 a month to the average family would have stopped 50% of the bankruptcies!

Isn’t it great that more and more people are focusing on protecting the planet! Did you know that going green also includes safer products for the planet. Today I meet a terrific person, a real go getter! She, Dara, invented a product and has started her own company. You know the internet is a world of knowledge at our finger tips, so use it!
I met her online and found out we were local. Today we did the “Starbuck’s meet” and I must say she is awesome. She is a wife, a mom, a music teacher and an entrepreneur! Please check out her invention. I think it is a fantastic concept, one that has children “wanting” to make the right choices!

Well what a week it has been. My blog was hacked into and caused me a mess. I am so thankful for Arias Hosting as they took charge, fixed it and even upgraded my WordPress! Thank you Scott!!!
Scott shared with me that older versions of word press sometimes bring hackers who add malicious codes!
It just amazes me how people can be so hurtful and have nothing better to do than to harm others good intentions of a blog!

American researchers have made a major breakthrough in the world of nutrition. Scientists have discovered that most vitamins, including the world’s best-selling brands, are poorly absorbed and even worse, they prevent both natural and commercial anti-oxidant supplements (vitamins that people take to reduce the risk of serious diseases like cancer) from working - until now.
Dr. Garry R. Buettner, the head of the Free Radical Research Institute, from the University of Iowa, considered the world’s number one authority in the field of free radical research, made the discovery along with researchers from Melaleuca Inc., considered one of the world’s leading wellness companies, and a registered pharmaceutical company.

Dr. Buettner and a team of scientists tested the world’s leading vitamin supplements. According to Melaleuca President and CEO Frank VanderSloot, the team of researchers discovered that the process used by almost every vitamin manufacturer prevents anti-oxidants from working in the small intestine - rendering both the vitamins and the anti-oxidants useless.

I Love my Home Business!
